Thank you. Very helpful. What about working with Dialect, (from Greek dialektos, for language!)

Wherever they are, the WWR probably runs through them. But not to chat! Yes. You can put your character's location in your account profile, but you don't have to.

Okay. So I'm up and Accepted, but what if I want to go in and put cool pictures, that I don't have yet, and more fully describe weapons and gear? And perhaps take out nonsense. Well, it wasn't nonsense, per se, only extended exaguration. (Okay, nonesense). Do I have to keep bugging our wonderful admin or what?

*blink* Oh, I meant in your profile that's in the applications...here I put my personal that is the real me location on all my posts (more or less...goodness knows where the Wild Woods of the West are, but I found them) Oh. Well, I didn't think you meant that because you guys are locking every single thread, and we can't really edit in locations if the threads are locked I understand why your doing it (because we aren't supposed to edit until our level ups), but I just thought I'd point out that we can't put our locations in with our threads locked. Though lucky me mine isn't locked since Fvarith wanted me to add hair color ;D now, regarding our common tongue: Here's an idea for the name: Plengua, a combination of the Latin plebeus (commoners) and lingua (language). It could also be known more commonly as "simple speech." How does that sound?

Its a fun word, but esspecially since Talambar is ruled by Lords and such, do you think they would acquiesce to speeking a 'commoners language'? We could come up with something to revolve around the 'trade tongue,' (perhaps Caupelingua), or an 'international speech,' (Peredicti). But I still like Plengua just fine too.

Ahh. So you've come up with symbols to substitute doing this: *walks away and whistles with feigned innocence* ? I get it.
Beolakh? PAD, WWR...

lol, well, we do have that CP glossary if you want to start with that list and edit it (I did the most work on the glossary, though once I did it mangy organized it, so it could be considered that I'm giving you the "rights" to it if you want them ) there are some that you should know though. Like imo (in my opinion), ttyl (talk to you later), lol (as if you don't know, its laugh out loud ), etc. Oh yeah, and if you haven't caught on these two are of chief importance: IC (in character) and OoC (out of character). So make sure that you know at least those.

I'm sure you don't have to, but I must cite
RULE #7 *thunderclaps*
I'm trying to avoid standard "chatspeak" colloquialisms, just because...urgh. I was thinking more along the lines of a "Domhantir Jargon Dictionary." For instance, the above list is all abbreviations for Domhantir features.
